Deposits:
All reservations are secured by a credit card. Reservations require a deposit of one night's stay for a 1-3 night reservation and a 50% deposit (can be paid in two 25% installments if reserved prior to February 15th) for a 4 or more night reservation. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time of the reservation. Final payment may be made by credit card or cash.

Cancellations:
When cancellation notice is provided more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a full refund will be made, less a $25 cancellation fee. When cancellation notification is provided less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, guests will be billed for the entire reservation period unless the unit(s) is rerented. Should the unit(s) be rerented, then a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the card and the deposit will be refunded. No-shows will be considered a cancellation. If a guest decides to shorten their stay while at Gateway Inn & Suites, you will still be charged for the full reserved period.

Arrivals:
Off Season Check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Summer (mid June thru Labor Day) Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Earlier or later check-in times will constitute an additional day's charge if prior arrangement has not been made.

Departure:
Off Season - Guests are requested to check out of their rooms by 11:00 am.
Summer (mid June thru Labor Day) - Guests are requested to check out of their rooms by 10:00 am.
Later check-out times will constitute an additional day's charge if prior arrangement has not been made.

No Smoking:
There is a no smoking policy in all of our rooms.
